what is your de-stress exercise routine?

Depends on the reason why I feel stressed. Sometimes I just do a quick happy dance, sometimes I do some yoga exercises or stretch and some days I feel like trying something entirely new.

I would put on a music and sway my body in rhythm with it. Or I will 25 times and try to make it as soundless as possible. After that I will be out of breath then will stretch my arms and legs
