An Atkins protein shake, Ratio protein yogurt and the largest banana. I don’t usually get much protein throughout the day so I am trying to fit as much as I can in the mornings, even if I am in a rush. Eggs are almost always my go to but some mornings I just can’t make myself get up and get going, so these are simple solutions that I have for now.

It’d I don’t have time to eat breakfast before going out, I’ll take something with me. Usually a meal supplement like a supligen or ensure to make sure I still get all the nutrients even though I didn’t have breakfast.
