What is the most nutritional breakfast you make?

I take some cooked rice in the night in a container, add some buttermilk(curd beaten with a little water), chop half an onion, slit a green chili put it all in the container with a pinch o f salt, mix well and close it up. Next morning I wake up and give it a good mix.
The rice slightly ferments in curd overnight, releasing a lot of probiotics very good for gut health, especially when you eat it as your first meal of the day…
