Starting is the hardest part. Actually starting and forgetting your insecurities and perfectionism like”I’ll go on Monday” when it’s a Wednesday. Even though starting is the hardest part, that doesn’t mean it gets easier. Wll for me it’s been easier since I have a gym partner and I enjoy working going the to exercise even when I don’t feel like it or I’m feeling down is something I still struggle with
