The best time to exercise is whenever you have time if you don’t have time after school/work then try to do it in the morning you can wake up really early if you want and if you do have time after school/work then find a good time to do it after work/school

Ideally and scientifically it is morning but if you are biginer start whenever you are comfortable just make sure that time of the day is fixed daily… The time should not be changing daily.. it should be fixed
