What is the best position to meditate?

Fabulous CoachBehavioral Science AssistantRecommended AnswerAI Summary

The best position to meditate varies for each individual, but comfort is key. You can sit cross-legged on the floor, on a chair with your feet flat, or even lie down if that feels right. The important thing is to keep your back straight and your body relaxed to facilitate deep breathing. Experiment with different positions to find what helps you maintain focus and encourages a calm mind. Establishing a consistent meditation routine will enhance your practice and help you develop lasting healthy habits.

I use two different positions for meditating - one the classical one when you’re sitting on your legs and the second one is not as common. I lie on my back, I raise the upper part of the back and I am on my elbows (the state between lying and sitting).
