I find that the best way to lose abdominal fat is by doing aerobic exercises and core exercises that target the muscles like the rectus abdominals and external oblique. It is also important to limit the consumption of processed foods, saturated fats, and sugar. Although fruits have sugar, I believe that they are still important for a healthy diet because of the vitamins and fiber.

For me personally it's a combination of many, anything that includes the engagement of your ab muscles, walking, running or crunching or lunging it's all the same.
