Well, I think you can. Just put on your favorite song and dance to it at home. That can be your exercise for the day. What I do is this. I put on the song,"I'll feel a whole lot better" by the byrds, and I dance to that. Try putting on your favorite song and dancing to it. You'll find out you're having a lot more fun.
