What is the best exercise to do on days you only have 15min?

I would say that stretching is a big one, even though it doesn’t feel like exercise it truly is needed for the conditioning of your body. Holding positions like plank, doing push-ups, sit ups, all that jazz is also a good option.

When I have only 15 min to exercise, I usually go for stretching and pilates. Because if one chooses to do heavy workout, it is must to have a warm up, which in this case is not possible. Heavy workout without proper warmup is not good for muscles as well as heart. So it is better to do light exercises.

3. Rhomboid pulls
4. Arm circle
