A second glass of water! We loose fluid whilst we sleep through the pores in our skin, through our breath and perhaps if we’ve used the bathroom too. We often wake slightly dehydrated. A second glass kickstarts our hydration levels, prevents over eating and sees us
well on our way to meeting our daily hydration target. 👍🏽
