What is considered a good breakfast?

I think this depends on the person. You should eat according to the needs of your body and everyone has different needs. Also, even with people of the same needs couldn’t follow the same meal plan because of what foods they can eat, how much food they can intake per meal, gut reactions to the food.etc.

So a good breakfast for one person could be a bowl of oats and fruit while for someone else it might be a protein packed meal like a chicken sandwich. For me, personally, a good breakfast is something that is not sweet and checks all boxes for nutrition. It should be filling but not have too much calories.

Something packed with the right nutrients for your body. It could be as easy as overnight oats to provide both strength and glucose support. Even a protein packed breakfast, such as a couple of boiled eggs and smoked salmon on a multigrain toast.

A good breakfast is balanced with nutrients and doesn’t weigh you down. I’ve been playing around with my own portion sizes: two eggs, half a potato, one egg, half a potato, because it’s important to eat the right amount for yourself. I also pay in mind that there is one fruit one veggie one carb and one protein on the plate.
