Overnight oats are the best! This is already a super quick option, but to save even more time, create your oat mix for the week ahead of time. I add my oats, seeds, and dried fruits to a big mason jar on Sunday night. Then each evening, I can add a serving to a small mason jar and pour in my plant-based milk (oat is my favorite right now). Aside from making your mornings a little easier, making the mix ahead of time also ensures that you're adding in enough nutrient-packed extras. I love pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, dried goji berries, and coconut flakes! I also add a touch of agave and apple spice flavoring after I add the plant-based milk each night.

A good breakfast that is high in protein and low in calories, but will still give you loads of energy is smashed avocado on toast with egg and tomatoes. I really like this breakfast. Toast a slice of brown or wholemeal bread and smash avocado on the top of it. Poach or fry and egg and put that on the top. Add some grilled tomatoes and you're good to go. I like to have it with a glass of water and a piece of fruit after, like a banana or apple. Delicious.
