That is fine! There is nothing wrong with you! We all are different and that what makes the story of life so enchanting! I would say go for nuts, fruits and plant based milk; however, if you do not have time for the milk, that is absolutely fine! You can go with some soft baked breakfast bars instead! I really hope you get to enjoy your breakfast without rush and hunger. Every body deserves to live a peaceful life, which is more important than jobs sometimes. Live your life well!
