What is a good breakfast if you plan to exercise right after?

I do usually prefer a light breakfast as you just did exercise so we shouldn't eat much heavy breakfast after working out.

I would recommend a bit of everything. Yes even carbs. E.g an egg with a whole wheat bread and some fruits( not freshly squeezed juice because you're only drinking sugar and no to little fiber) I recommend 3-5 dates since they are pact with lots of vitamins.
