I’m guess you’re referring to breakfast? I had to really force myself to eat something in the morning. It can be as little as a slice of toast with peanut butter, or a piece of fruit. Nibble on something small until you get into the habit of it. I never ate breakfast, for decades! And there are crazy mornings where I don’t have time to eat — and eating in a rush can be as bad as not eating at all, depending on your digestion — but I’ve worked my way up to toast and a hard-boiled egg most mornings.
