What if you work late at night and you get off at 12 p.m.? How can you have a great day when you need more sleep?

Well if I need sleep than I sleep how much my body needs. And than whenever I wake up I’m starting to have a great day. But mostly if I work to late at night and go to bed at midnight my body wakes up at the usual time because it is used to it. And because I train and workout regularly my body have enough energy for whole day.
