you should still eat breakfast – it’s in the name ‘break’ and ‘fast’. You’ll still need the nutrients and energy to get through the rest of your day!!

I recommend you to wake up a little bit earlier. Just to get more organized and feel better. Sometimes, when I wake up too late, I feel more tired, but not always. And the time you get the breakfast depends on the time you will eat the lunch. 3 hours difference between breakfast and lunch. Hope it helped.(e.g. 11 am-2 p.m. )
