What helps for muscle pains after a work out.

After my workouts I always do a cool down sometimes a cool down is a small run maybe like a quarter of a mile or you can do stretches like lunges this will help your muscles slowly relax instead of going and running to the coach where your muscles have to switch super fast and then they are just hurt after my cool down I go and take a cold shower to tighten my muscles trust me it works wonders then after your shower you go in with a massage gun and it’s paradise if any areas are to sore to wear it’s really super duper bothering you I put some icy hot on those areas then I head to bed to rest
