An omelette with a can of tuna, tomato, capsicum and chilli sauce is my go to. It’s quick and easy, has lots of flavour and some healthy aspects to it or when i just can’t be bothered a bowl of porridge topped with peaches

I also drink paleo protein shakes. My go to is a coffee flavored one in the morning. It also helps me with energy since it has caffeine in it!

I like overnight oats, but the texture is not for everyone. There are lots of recipes on Pinterest. I also use a copycat recipe for Starbucks bacon and Gruyere egg bites. I make it in the instant pot. Technically that’s still eggs… but they’re delicious.
