An omelette with a can of tuna, tomato, capsicum and chilli sauce is my go to. It’s quick and easy, has lots of flavour and some healthy aspects to it or when i just can’t be bothered a bowl of porridge topped with peaches

I also drink paleo protein shakes. My go to is a coffee flavored one in the morning. It also helps me with energy since it has caffeine in it!

I like overnight oats, but the texture is not for everyone. There are lots of recipes on Pinterest. I also use a copycat recipe for Starbucks bacon and Gruyere egg bites. I make it in the instant pot. Technically that’s still eggs… but they’re delicious.

I like having a Mediterranean breakfast with chickpeas, cheese like feta or hallumi (sp?), tomatoes, cucumber. Or I make breakfast tacos using high protein low carb tortillas from the brand La Tortilla Factory. Or my husband makes oatmeal and adds protein powder, Greek yogurt, and sugar free jello. That’s not my choice but he loves it. Hope that helps!

Nuts! Trail mix and fruit, peanut butter and seeds in a smoothie, nuts and pumpkin in a low-cal pancake or muffin or waffle mix.

I love to make an egg, sausage, and tomato scramble! Cook it all in the pan together and add Oregano. It smells like pizza and tastes super good! ❤️

I find soy beans to be a tasty snack, I also love milk, and nuts tend to have a lot of protein too. Could also stray from the social norm of breakfast type breakfasts, and go for tuna or some kind of fish or meat in the morning
