I just do it in the evening. Being patient with my self has been a challenge, but I’ve found peace in knowing I’m doing my tasks and working on myself, instead of stressing about wether it’s in the AM or later.
I always try to make time for myself throughout the day, whatever it looks like. I will always do the necessary basics, like brushing my teeth for example. If I don’t have time to work out that day, that’s okay. I forgive myself and try again tomorrow
