What good habits can I inculcate before and after having breakfast and also during breakfast?

Drink water when you wake up so I would bring a glass of water to bed with you. Stock up on healthy food to have for breakfast Ie; fruits, nuts, protein powder. You could look up healthy and tasty recipes online.

Some good habits you could instill during breakfast is focusing on your meal & not letting other distractions bother you. An example is my phone, I try to stay off of it while eating breakfast and think about my day ahead. A good habit after breakfast could be simple like brushing your teeth, making a to-do list for the day, journaling, etc.
