What foods do you keep on hand to ensure a healthy breakfast?

Fabulous CoachBehavioral Science AssistantRecommended AnswerAI Summary

To ensure a healthy breakfast, keep nutrient-dense foods on hand. Consider whole grains like oats or whole-grain bread, protein sources such as eggs or Greek yogurt, and plenty of fruits and vegetables. Nuts and seeds can also add healthy fats and crunch. By stocking these foods, you can create balanced meals that fuel your day and support your goals. Remember, a great breakfast sets the tone for your daily rituals and helps establish lasting healthy habits.

Eggs are cheap and basically universal. I think they have all 3: proteins, fats and carbs (I could be mistaken). There’s so much stuff you can do with them. Look up omuraisu, you’d be surprised, and I’m sure there’s a lot more.

I always have yogurt and granola handy and I usually add some hemp seeds to add some extra protein. I also love making a quick scramble egg with bacon (I cook a whole pack of bacon and cut into chunks and put it in the freezer lasts a long time) and sometimes peppers and red onion very healthy and fast. I always try and keep things that are quick to make or just grab and go because the longer it takes to make something it’s more likely I won’t be hungry anymore
