Depends on your dietary needs or restrictions, but generally breakfast should be your biggest meal. It should be something that will fuel your body until lunch. So I'd suggest whole filling foods and nothing like cereal, or meal bars. Take time to make yourself something good to help wake you up, keep you going, and give you a good start to your day. Always try to set yourself up for a good day.
I recommend a breakfast with at least 1 1/4 servings of greens, some yogurt, a whole grain, and I like to add and egg with my breakfast as well. My daily breakfast looks something like this: one egg cooked with spinach, one piece of whole grain toast topped with nut butter, a cup of yogurt, and a smoothie with spinach or cucumber.
