I mostly eat breakfast on the train in the morning - any tips for food that’s good to transport?
Eating breakfast on the go can still be nutritious! Consider portable options like overnight oats in a jar, whole grain wraps with nut butter and banana, or Greek yogurt with fruit in a sealed container. These choices are easy to transport and can provide lasting energy for your morning routine. Preparing your breakfast the night before can help you maintain a consistent habit of enjoying a great breakfast, even on busy days. Prioritize convenience without sacrificing nutrition for a healthier start to your day!
easily accessible fruit. Have an Apple or an orange set out and ready to go & grab while heading out the door. While on the train appreciate that fruit; look and feel the texture and colour. When taking a bite, focus on the sound, colour, touch, taste etc when takiny a bite. Focus on the senses (all 5) and appreciate/give thanks, paying full attention to the experience of the fruit.
