How to make healthy breakfast, quick and practical to take on the go?

I prep the night before. One of my favorite breakfasts is oatmeal with a banana, cinnamon, and peanut butter. I soak the rolled oats, cinnamon, and cut-up banana in a bowl with almond milk overnight, and then I put it in microwave in the morning (after adding the peanut butter) for 1-2 minutes. It’s much healthier than instant oatmeal and very filling.

A breakfast sandwich or bagel travels well, so load it up with fillings and toppings of your choice, store it in some saran wrap or plastic wrap
