Yes
1/2-1 cup Grated zucchini (or other seasonal squash)
3 egg whites ( beat and mix in squash)
Cook slowly in covered fry pan sprayed with oil
Optional top with 1/4 cup cottage cheese or nonfat yogurt

Well my favorite is a Greek yogurt parfait it’s super easy and good all u do is cut up some fruit put them the yogurt and there u have it a nice healthy breakfast

To make this healthier you can just omit the vegan cheese. I do that all the time and it doesn’t take away from the deliciousness, just its density. I hope you enjoy this, it’s one of my favorites and I consider tacos to be nigh sacred. I sent this with love.

You can try mix together yogurt, blackberries and oat. Instead of simple oat you can choose those mixes of oat with dried fruits. The mix tastes better 😉

I like making overnight oatmeal or chia pudding. In the morning I add fresh fruit and some plain Greek yogurt and I'm set. 😊
