Sprouts is the best breakfast for weightloss and we can add some milk too in the breakfast according to me its the best breakfast which doesn’t atleast increase our weight more
Any breakfast that has some protein like eggs and having some vegetables makes it better. If you’re in a hurry some nuts and a banana is good as well

I would say a low-carb breakfast is the best for weight loss. Perhaps a vegetable scrambled egg would do the trick! Lots of veggies with enough protein to help you feel energized.
