In hurry days, if you are Indian, Pakistani or Bangladeshi you can eat roti and omelette but if you are from other countries you can eat bread and butter with milk.

Peanut butter and jelly sandwiches are a nice quick breakfast. You don't even have to toast the bread. It's quick and easy AND tasty! Enough protein to keep you filled for a while.
