What food do you not suggest to eat for healthy living?

Pay attention to how much soda and peanut butter consumed. Both are high in sugar, and peanut butter is very high in saturated, so putting it on bread add even more sugar and fat. Moderation is best.

Anything processed! Limit all processed foods such as chips, ready-made patties, ready-to-eat foods and heavy protein powders. Instead use natural foods and sources of protein as much as possible.
A good ratio is to consume 70-80% natural and home-cooked meals and the rest 20-30% food can be processed/outside food.
