What exercises do you do in the morning? I don’t have much time before I have to leave the house so I really wonder how other people manage to squeeze in a workout in the morning

I don’t have a lot of time in the morning and I really hate working out, but I choose 3 simple exercises like glute bridges, heel taps, and leg raises, and do 10 reps of each for 3 cycles. It takes about 5 min, I feel like I did something, and consistency is key, right?
