Stretches are a really good thing to do in the morning for me personally. When I wake up in the morning, I don’t really have time to work out for an hour and take a shower. So stretching is a good way to get the blood flowing, without getting sweaty and gross.
Yoga! I find that if you wake up and start a hardened physical workout, it not only restricts your chance to loosen your muscles (and your mind!) but also encouraged movement! After that you can take a long walk, short jog, long jog, short walk, but anything is good to encourage movement! Even jogging around your block is enough! Do you have a dog? Great! Try jogging with them!
Go on a walk, or on your bedroom floor E.g. sit ups for 1 minute then a plank for 1 minute E.c.t but if your not sure then you can search up workouts for e.g 7 minutes
