I have been doing calisthenics for a couple months now. I hit around a 20 max rep set on pull-ups and I can’t break it. I need a pull-up program to help build more muscle. I do push-ups, core, and pull-ups everyday maybe 1 or 2 days of rest. Is it better to focus on certain muscle groups every day? Is it better to let the core rest more? What are some good bodyweight exercises to get shredded?

I’m not really sure but I pole dance and it works every muscle of my body, I used to do three times a week but now because of COVID I just do two times a week
