First thing to start your day is gentle warm-up. Then i prefer hiit workout along with strength training. Example: 20 minutes HIIT workout and then 25 minutes upper body / lowerbody /abs/back with dumbells. Making alternative each day targeting different parts of the body.
Stretching while waiting for my coffee to brew. I also like to pick up the cat, lift him in the air and give him kisses when he comes back down. Then I sit on s chair in front of the tv and do leg lifts. I’m disabled so I can’t stand for more than a few minutes at a time
My go to morning exercise is a morning yoga routine in my bedroom followed by a 15-25 minute walk around my neighborhood, and closed out by a 10-15 minute tai chi breathing exercise. Together it takes to 36-45 minutes and helps me feel more awake with more ability to play with my kiddo and help out with other tasks. Good luck to you and your goals!!
