What exercise method do you prefer to get through the first part of your day?
To energize your morning, consider incorporating a mix of cardio and strength training. Activities like brisk walking, jogging, or yoga can help wake up your body and mind. The key is to find a method you enjoy, making it easier to establish a routine. Consistency is crucial; aim to exercise at the same time each day to form a lasting habit. Remember, the best exercise is the one that fits seamlessly into your daily rituals and helps you feel accomplished as you start your day.
Stretching while waiting for my coffee to brew. I also like to pick up the cat, lift him in the air and give him kisses when he comes back down. Then I sit on s chair in front of the tv and do leg lifts. I’m disabled so I can’t stand for more than a few minutes at a time
My go to morning exercise is a morning yoga routine in my bedroom followed by a 15-25 minute walk around my neighborhood, and closed out by a 10-15 minute tai chi breathing exercise. Together it takes to 36-45 minutes and helps me feel more awake with more ability to play with my kiddo and help out with other tasks. Good luck to you and your goals!!
First thing to start your day is gentle warm-up. Then i prefer hiit workout along with strength training. Example: 20 minutes HIIT workout and then 25 minutes upper body / lowerbody /abs/back with dumbells. Making alternative each day targeting different parts of the body.
