What exercise do you recommend for mornings?

Lynn N.
I personally think stretches would be best, as not everyone can swim, walk, or dance, some cannot surf, some cannot jog or run. Not everyone can do the same thing. But one thing most can do, even if small, is stretch.

I recommend jumping up and down 50 times.
It doesn’t matter if they’re big jumps or just hops. Jump up and down to wake up your system and get it going

I always like a good morning run to wake me up for the day. I tend to start my workouts with a 5 minute walk just to get my body moving and then either go for a run or do my jump rope routine. If it’s too rainy or snowy I have to stick to the indoors, where I have very limited space, so I do some core exercises and other functional exercises. I also have 8lb weights for some added variation.
