i have tried morning exercises, mostly home workouts. at the moment, i go for a 2-3 km brisk walk every day. i also do pilates. i follow a one month pilates plan playlist on youtube, and i've been loving it. i've tried many other workouts but pilates is actually fun and makes me look forward to every day. i also do some quick dance workouts, they're fun and work for me. long answer short, for now brisk walking, pilates and dance workouts are the ones im following !
