What else could I eat in the morning apart from bread?

Eggs are great for protein, which bread doesn’t really have (all carbs), and boiled are the healthiest. An avocado or some berries are great too, avocadoes more for bread and berries go better with yoghurts and oatmeals. Mixing down a mashed banana into your oatmeal as it is cooking will give it more flavour and make it a bit sweet, add cinnamon and you’ve got a delicious base oatmeal that you can then add berries and/or nuts to for a complete and super healthy breakfast. Best of luck! 💪🏼

Yoghurt, chia, nuts, cereal, smoothie, oats, fruit. My favourite is vanilla yoghurt with frozen blueberries, chia and coconut left to sit overnight.

A great scramble is always nice. Load it up with veggies to feel full and get a lot of nutrients. Nonfat Greek yogurt with berries is also yummy and healthy.

It’s better to eat an oatmeal with fruits and different kind of seeds that can give you all the fiber and the nutrients you which can keep you full and energized until lunch. This is a sweet option but if you want more savory then you can use eggs and different kind of veggies like avocados which are healthy fats and those will keep you full as well.

You can make eggs, smoothies or smoothie bowls, fruit, or nuts. Eggs will really fill you up and give you protein. It is also important to eat fruits and vegetables. Smoothies help you get a lot of fruits and veggies. They are also good at hiding the taste of the ones you don’t like! If you don’t have as much time in the morning to make something elaborate, you can take a piece of fruit with you, like a banana, and take some mixed nuts.

Last time I have tried cocktails- milk, yoghurt, fruits, vegetables- put everything into a hlender and mix. Quick, tasty and healthy. Maybe some musli, I used to buy different kind of oats/ dried fruits etc. and prepare the „musli blend” on my own. Even though milk is not the best thing to it I still find it really nutritiuous breakfast. Enjoy 🙂
