For someone who has a hard time waking up, consider these easy 5-minute exercises: 1) Stretching: Start with gentle neck and shoulder rolls to release tension. 2) Jumping Jacks: A quick way to get your heart rate up and energize your body. 3) Bodyweight Squats: Great for activating your legs and core. 4) Arm Circles: Helps to wake up your upper body. 5) Deep Breathing: Finish with deep, calming breaths to center yourself. Incorporating these quick rituals can help create a positive morning routine and set the tone for your day.

For me, i will go for briskwalk. I will walk outdoor around my neighbourhood. After u do 5 minutes, u definitely want to do more. I will try my best to do at least 1000 steps for a start. Day after day i will walk more like 2000 to 3000 steps. Once in a week i will go for 10000 steps per day. Make it a habit and you will see the difference.
