What does others do to disconnect & unplug?

I plug my phone to the charger, which is far from bed, then I light a candle and I start reading for a hour or a hour and a half.

I settle down in bed with a book and put my devices to charge on another table farther away.
I also keep all my things in order the night before so that I won't keep checking stuff again and again.

Turn off all distractions, meaning your phone, television and lights. This will help to relax, I typically do this an hour before bed to help meditate and reflect.
