What do you typically eat for your "great breakfast"? I’m always running out the door.
A great breakfast can set the tone for your day! Quick options include overnight oats, Greek yogurt with fruit, or a smoothie packed with greens and protein. If you’re always on the go, consider prepping your breakfast the night before to ensure you have a nutritious meal ready. Remember, a balanced breakfast fuels your body and mind, helping you create a meaningful morning ritual that supports your healthy habits and goals.
I cook a breakfast every morning and but sounds like that won’t work for you so what I suggest is find a quick meal you can prepare the night before to set yourself up the next morning. Fabulous has taught me that if I need more time in the mornings I can spend some time in the evenings setting up my morning routine! Something that can be prepared quick and eaten cold/warmed quickly. Fruit prepeeled and cut and things like Boost nutrition drinks or healthy snack bars are good to grab and go and are better than nothing. That said not everything is better than nothing; I don’t start a day with heavy greasy/fried foods or fast food. Good luck and you got this! Find what works best for you and shape your environment to optimize that process. 🫶
It is subjective, because I’m I’m on Keto and I feel amazing on it. I eat eggs, a little veggies like mushrooms, and sausage or bacon. No carbs in my breakfast and my appetite is satiated until lunch easily! I do eggs boiled, scrambled, or omelette style :)
