What do you suggest eating for a school snack/lunch?

Well for a snack I would say some fruit and for lunch if you pack lunch you could pack veggies, fruits, crackers, and a sandwich of somesort

I think a great snack that I love is sugar snap peas. I love just having a bag of them in the fridge and anytime I want something crunchy and fresh I just pull the bag out and eat them. It’s a great snack to have and it’s healthy too. Some other snacks I recommend are popcorn, there are many healthier options, cheese and crackers, protein shakes, low sugar gummies, sandwiches on wheat bread with good quality ham and cheese or make it vegetarian and use veggies or even a veggie patty. I pack my daughter’s lunch for school everyday. Besides her Β½ PB & J, I like to pack pretzels, apple slices, small salad & and a snack size Hershey’s chocolate candy bar. She eats the pretzels & candy bar for snack. She also only drinks water.
