If I know I’m going to have a busy morning I prepare my breakfast the day before. If I don’t have enough time for that I buy a snack to eat outside.

Just fruits and something salty with it. I live the fresh feel of the fruits but because just eating fruits is too sweet for me, I try to eat at-least a little bit of some salty food like salted cashews or almonds or chips. Eating chips right in the morning is not good for health I know but I crave it so I try to balance things out by limiting myself to eating chips only once or twice a month and eating food with vegetables whenever possible to compensate for the unhealthy food I eat I guess.
