What do you find is the best way to stay full during the morning?

I find not eating one large breakfast, but smaller portions of protein filled items help me stay full longer. I usually eat a bagel, with cream cheese, two hard boiled eggs, with a protein bar and feel good until lunch time. I will often have an apple sauce in between as well. Hope this helps! 🙂

A balanced meal in the morning with a combination of protein, good fats and carbs and vegetables or fruits higher in fiber content. A breakfast I typically have is oatmeal with berries peanut butter milk and chia seeds. Peanut butter, milk and oatmeal have some protein, peanut butter also contains good fats as well as chia seeds, and oatmeal and chia seeds also contain a good amount of high fiber carbohydrates
