I like variety so I switch between a handful of things. Today I had overnight oats which were made with a protein milk because I’m trying to boost my protein intake for muscle growth and fullness cues. This is coming from a place of care for my body for once rather than dieting or regiment which is refreshing. I also like eggs on toast with avocado and ham (maybe smoked salmon if feeling fancy), also love Bircher muesli, porridge.
