What do you eat for breakfast when you are in a hurry? A handful of nuts is not enough to last me for more than an hour and I want to know alternatives.
Hard boiled eggs are a great source of energy for me. If I have enough time I'll make a sandwich out of them. Another option would be to have oatmeal since it doesn't take too long to make. Granola bars are also great.
