The same thing everyday! Two organic eggs cooked in a pan, light scramble, then cook into a ‘patty’. I cook with Kerrygold butter and Smart ballance spread, pepper corn meadly seasoning, himalayan pink salt and Italian herb seasoning. The egg patty is then layed over a tostada that is drizzled with Diablo and Valentina hot sauce. I add in a high protein Boost and sometimes an apple or banana. The key is to find something that is easy for you that you enjoy and can do consistently that will provide you with the nutrition you need for your day. Best of luck!
