For breakfast I have a cheese omelette with some cold coffee. It's easy to make, easy to eat, delicious and nutritious. For lunch it's stir fry vegetables with rotis.
Crumpets for breakfast 🧇 or pancakes or fruit 🍎 cereal or porridge … lunch is a sandwich 🥪 and a short walk to the shop, say I spend up to 3.50£ on a meal deal or leftovers at home or nothing till dinner.
