What do you do when you tempted,or break a habit?

I will genuinely think of why i started this, and reflect on my reason. I do know sometimes you just want to go back to that bubble and stay there because it’s kind of comforting but i always ask myself if I don’t do even the littlest of things how will i grow to be better?

When those things happen, do things to divert your mind from it, such as folding clothes or watching a funny show you like on TV or your phone.
