What do you do when feeling depressed or anxious, and can’t get yourself to workout (while knowing that working out makes you feel better in the end)?

Some days are hard and you feel like not moving. It is ok to feel that. Accept that feeling. You are human and hence it is ok to feel depressed sometimes. Just take a deep breath. There is no need to do anything big. Take a small step. Do one rep of what you normally do. Your feelings are not going anywhere so no need to worry about it. Once you complete one rep, you can check whether your feelings are still there or has it left. Most probably it will be safe and nobody is going to steal it. Now you can resume with your emotions or you can do another rep. Even if you resume to dwell. You know in your heart that despite the heaviness you accomplished to complete a rep. You took that step. That’s what matters!!
