What do you do on days you aren’t hungry for breakfast?

All of us have those days when we don't feel like eating, I'm not aware of the exact reason behind this but when I don't feel like eating I would make a smoothie ik it can't replace the proper breakfast but ig it's better to have something than totally skipping your most important meal of the day. You could also try doing yoga or any appetite increasing exercises before breakfast. Best of Luck!

Drink a smoothie or pack a snack for later. Usually, when there aren’t extenuating circumstances, it is best to listen to your body. Just remember that hunger can creep up on you! Skipping a meal is okay, but you should not skip more than one in a row.
