I always book a hotel that has a nice breakfast buffet to cover all food groups, especially fruit and protein and whole grains. I wake up early enough to sit and enjoy the meal that somebody cooked for me, eating thoughtfully and enjoying the experience rather than grabbing to go.

Honestly, meal prepping is my favorite thing to do because it only gives me the option to have a well balanced breakfast. I also only meal prep food I like, if I know I won’t want to eat it in the morning, I probably won’t. Also, it is okay to get breakfast at the airport, just try to find the healthiest option for yourself (it’s also okay to indulge from time to time)!

I eat the recipe at www.nuttypudding.com. It’s a website hosting the recipe my husband, Jamie, and I put together. It is made up of tasty ingredients like blueberries, blackberries, strawberries, pea protein, almond milk, cinnamon, pomegranate juice, macadamia nuts, Brazil nuts, walnuts. Check it out! We really like it. It travels well because what Jamie will do is make a few ahead of time, freeze them, and then thaw as needed.

Pack your favorite breakfast snack stay on Track eating what you would normally eat at home. Focus on protein. Fruits and veggies when able.
